I didn’t think I would write a second post today, but I just got the news that another „hero“ of my recent years has died.
Sir Terry Pratchett, author of the well-known discworld novels, is dead. He died today at the age of 66.
I can’t say how much that saddens me. I have been a fan of his stories. They were an inspiration for me – not only for my own writing, but also for my overall humor and view on the world.
I hope that – wherever he may be now – he has a good time.
May the guard see you safely on your way, Sir. And may your name be spoken, so it will never be forgotten.
DON'T THINK OF IT AS DYING.
JUST THINK OF IT AS LEAVING EARLY TO AVOID THE RUSH.
